Welcome to my website! I am an Associate Professor in the Stanford Economics Department. I am also a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research and a senior fellow at SIEPR.

My research focuses on macroeconomics, international finance and financial economics. 

I will be visiting CREi and Bocconi for the academic year 2022-2023.
